its cut 1.2cm on each side so i was just wondering about it.

please help, thanks

As Timbo says if the bike is not roadworthy, and that includes a legal L plate, the test will not start so technically you will not fail as you won;t take it.

However most examiners are nice guys, they will not whip out a tape measure and measure it.
If do does not say anything do NOT ask him "Is my L plate legal?" as he is then obliged to look at it.

I have to ask why you cannot beg, steal or borrow a legal L plate for the test? They only cost about a pound to buy!

If deemed illegal in any way the examiner will not let the test start

Exactly what the first guy said. The new gen ninja 250s are known for having that build up. I guess they didnt’ think of it when they made the gas tank. Not enough room to vent so just open your gas tank and you should be fine.

Its Bajaj Discover 100. It will give u 80-85kmpl mileage in normal riding. But its not a reliable bike for long term use. Mileage can decrease in the long run.
If u want a long term mileage bike, go for Hero CD Dawn/CD Deluxe/Splendor Pro/Splendor NXG, all these having the same engine and kerb weight which will give u 75-80kmpl mileage and can expect 65+ mileage in the long run also.

bajaj dicover 100cc,bajaj platina,if u need somewhat looks and mileage then go for passion pro..or cb twister they are good at both…

iam using platina last year giving 78 kmpl city and now 70kmpl city condition

discover100 cc is the best in present

There are two compititors
Stunner – SS125

Although stunner is great looking, paint schemes are worst in class looks like oil paint. And vibrations on 60 kmph. Pillion rider finds difficulty to climb on seat. specially ladies.
SS125 is from yamaha delivers everything but no space even for papers the only problem. Does not vibreate even beyond 100 kmph best mileage (overall 55-60 kmpl) with 13 ltr tank and power delivery and attractive.
I tested both and chosen ss125.

you can also think of pulsar 135. I dont know the price.

since it starts only when adding extra fuel it would indicateyour ‘choke’ or fuelenrichment device isn’t working. have youalso tried spraying a little fuel mix directinto air intake ? or easystart?

My date is picking me up on his bike today and I’ve never riden before and have no clue what to wear or how to do my hair, I don’t want to wear the wrong thing and look dumb!

Clothes that are tight enough that they don’t "flap you to death" in the wind.A leather jacket provides good protection.Leather gloves, boots that protect the ankles.Pony-tail is best; it will lessen hair tangling–but bring a brush or comb!
This is an excellent opportunity for a "character test" without him knowing it:If he shows off, rides too fast, tries to scare you, etc., then you know he’s a pretty immature guy.

Don’t worry about "looking dumb."Your safety is the issue.

Wear a helmet, long pants, sturdy shoes (boots if you have them), gloves and preferably a leather jacket. If you don’t have a leather jacket, a snug-fitting denim jacket will do okay.

Put your hair in a pony tail so it doesn’t blow around and get knotted.

Before you start your ride, make sure your date explains the best way to get on and off the bike so he does not lose balance.

And many first-time motorcycle passengers burn their leg on the hot muffler when getting off the bike.So make sure you practice stepping off the bike a few time before you start your ride.

It would be best to ride slowly around local streets first so you can get used to riding and leaning into turns, and to holding on and to communicating to your date when riding.

Jeans and boots would be ideal.A shirt that doesn’t flap open when the wind hits it (unless your trying for that).Brush your hair, don’t bother with a bunch of style.Hopefully your putting on a helmet and your hair will be flattened.Bring the brush with you to touch up when you get off.

Hopefully your date likes you enough to bring you a helmet, a jacket and gloves at minimum.Of course, they should fit you.

You should wear long pants and boots of some sort to protect your feet.

Don’t get on the bike if you don’t have all of the safety gear.

What I have worn before is actually my favorite outfit, casual yet unbelievably hot!!
A white snuger fitting t-shirt, a pair of tight black leather pants or leggings (I own and love both), and calf length stilleto heel black leather boots over your pants. Yumm Make him provide you with the leather jacket!!!

More of what NOT to wear, no flip-flop sandals, use over the ankle boots if you have them, even fashion boots.
The temp drops suddenly at sundown.
Look at him when he comes, if he’s in head to toe leather, don’t go with the Tshirt and skimpy shorts.

Lets say, for the sake of the worst case scenario that you have both just been cut off by a car. You now find yourself flying through the air over the hood of the car and are about to impact the street or windshield *stop* now get dressed.

Hmmm, there are lots of women killed coming off the back of bikes, guess what usually the rider walks away. I’ve been riding bikes for 35 years and would advise you don’t go near it. Get a date with a car.

If he can’t supply you with proper riding gear, don’t get on. If a girl is too fat to fit the leathers I have for her I won’t go out with her. It works both ways.

long pants and closed in shoes and long sleave but remember to make thm tight fitting cause theres nothing sexier that a hot tight little female body in tight clothing on a bike

o wow, so wear something where you can sit cross legs, and enjoyyyy the ride, no going to near him first time… u know yyyy…

Enjoyyyy…. Then second ride lean ur head on his shoulder and enjoy, so no touching there….

Long pants and a long sleeve shirt and leave your hair loose because a ponytail
cant fit in your helmet

I have a schwinn stealth 1000 electric scooter. I need a new battery for it. so what stores sell a 12 volt 10 amp battery around westchester, NY. ineed one today really badly any store thats sells it will do not just electric scooters store.
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz helppppppppppppppppp

Check the Yellow Pages under "Batteries".There may be a store in your area that sells nothing but batteries, and can even custom-build them.

Lots of places sell batterys. in your situation you need a deep cycle for charge discharge applications, gel cells would be ideal but expencive, walmart sells them, if not on the battery rack then in the toy department with the power wheels as the replacement batterys, physical size may be an issue but as long as it fits is 12 volts and has at least 10 amp, more is better when it comes to amperage, your good to go.

Do you have a "Batteries Plus" around there?
Tractor Supply Company has 12V 10A sealed batteries for electric fences.

i own honda dazzler. i brought it 2 weeks ago. i competed 255 km. is it safe to drive on steep or mountain roads(aka ghat)???

first change engine oil after compete 500 km. And then change engine oil at every 1500 km

It shouldn’t hurt the bike as long as you don’t lug down the engine, keep the RPMs up a bit higher than usual and make sure the bike does not have that peanut oil in the crankcase the manufactures put in them for shipping, most dealers remove it before selling the bikes but it is best to be sure.Honda makes a oil specifically for each bike, even tho yamaha lube oil will run well in any bike, ask your dealer about the best oil for your bike. good luck and happy motoring!

First of all congrats for your new bike….

Your bike is always ready to take you where you want, just little care will give u best result…

1. Service your bike on regular basis and with a good mechanic, if you not able to get a good mechanic, go to the service center…
2. When you going on steep road, take care that you ride in proper gear, where the engine do not make additional noice…
3. Please ride safe…

maintain engine rpm less than 1500, drive slowly, use lower gears, avoid excessive clutch usage

That depends on the operator (you). The bike will be fine as long as you know how to control it.

Ya its safe.

Yes, but do the first 5 kilo’s slowly.

ove course it is as long as you dont go 2 hhardon engine

if u r good ride rwhy not
